GVWCIC is a 501c3 tax-exempt organization that was formed to revitalize the mill villages of Graniteville, Vaucluse and Warrenville (GVW) in Aiken County, SC by attracting industry and businesses, creating jobs and preserving the history and heritage of these communities. GVWCIC was also formed to make available the resources needed to redevelop the communities we serve with a particular focus on providing assistance to low-income families.
